One day, people will learn that it's basically impossible to lock up a Keyblade wielder. I mean, those keys do more than just hit stuff. They do act as actual keys.

So, yeah, the heroes-turned-pirates Roxas and Allen Walker got thrown in jail. But... well, it's also hard to take a Keyblade from its wielder, so...
Yeah, we were out plundering and sailing the high seas on our makeshift raft pretty shortly after.
